ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and highly motivated Warehouse/Logistics Manager to work alongside and support our friendly Purchasing and Installations Teams in ensuring everything they need is ready for our customer installations and our Warehouse and stock levels are effectively managed. You will be tasked with a variety of practical, administrative, and operational duties, ensuring that day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will report to the General Manager.

about you

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience, ideally within the KBB/Property Development sector, of effectively managing a small warehouse and delivery driving. Supporting a range of stakeholders across different disciplines means you will need to be skilled at managing conflicting priorities and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a confident and effective communicator both in person and in writing and importantly, really enjoy supporting your team.

key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operation of the warehouse and monitor the receipt, and dispatch of goods

Work with purchasing/sales team to ensure stock is received in good time for customer installations

Work with installations team to coordinate delivery of goods to sites

Document and optimise operational processes

Monitor stock of small parts and ensure sufficient stock levels

Liaise with customers directly on occasion to arrange deliveries

skills/experience

Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential

Microsoft Office 365 competency

CRM experience desirable - we use EQ Professional (although programme specific training will be provided).

Salary: competitive, plus increases/bonuses dependent on performance

Holiday: 28 days, including bank holidays.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (40 hours). This role does not require any evening or weekend working.
