WHat to expect
Throughout your journey to a new Kitchen, Bathroom or Bedroom, our designers and installers aim to bring your visions and dreams to life. To do this, we aim to keep our design process as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Step One
First Showroom Visit
Book an appointment to come to our showroom, where you will have dedicated time with one of our designers to explore what we have to offer. We ask you to bring some rough dimensions of your room to this first appointment so we can start the planning process. Based on your room size, we will also give you an approximate price guide at this stage.
Step Two
Further Showroom Visits
At your second visit your designer will have prepared some initial ideas along with a plan (including lifelike 3D views - please see below for some examples) and a quotation. During this visit, you will be able to refine your choices of door, colour, appliance, brassware etc. which our designer will update the plans to reflect. Further showroom appointments may be required in order to perfect your choices and designs.
Step Three
Site Visit
At this point your designer and/or our Installations Manager will come out to visit your home in order to double check as far as possible that everything planned will be possible (checking pipework and electrics etc. are in the right place). If there are any challenges your designer will then talk you through the options to get around them. This is also a chance for you to ask us any practical questions about the installation process itself. Please note, there may be some items which we can only find once installation has begun (such as asbestos etc.) and so your installer/designer will liase with you to discuss the next steps.
Step Four
Finalising
Once you are happy with the design and have been through the details, you will be able to confirm the order and book in an installation date. There will be some paperwork to complete and a 25% deposit will be required. A further 50% of the total order value will be required two weeks prior to installation, with the remaining 25% due on completion. We will then place the orders for all of your products and prepare for the installation. Please note, for fully fitted rooms, installation dates can be around 4 months from order, although this does vary throughout the year.
Step Five
Enjoy!
Now your project is completed, you can start to enjoy your bespoke kitchen, bathroom or bedroom (or maybe all three!)
