ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and highly motivated Showroom Assistant to work alongside and support our friendly team. As a Showroom Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers – both in person and over the phone. You’ll assist the design team with producing photorealistic CAD drawings using Winner Flex and Virtual Worlds, and support the sales process from first enquiry to after-sales care.
about you
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in customer service and general administrational duties, ideally within the KBB/Property Development sector. Supporting a wide team across different disciplines means you will need to be skilled at managing conflicting priorities and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a confident and effective communicator both in person and in writing and importantly, really enjoy supporting customers and problem solving.
key responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable support in the showroom
Answer incoming phone calls and respond proactively to customer enquiries (new and existing)
Assist designers in producing accurate CAD designs using Winner Flex and Virtual Worlds
Coordinate and follow up on after-sales service and general customer support, including resolving issues with suppliers
Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment
Support general admin duties as needed including supporting the Finance team
skills/experience
Microsoft Office 365 competency
CAD Design experience desirable - we use Winner Flex and Virtual Worlds software (although programme specific training will be provided).
CRM experience desirable - we use EQ Professional (although programme specific training will be provided).

Salary: competitive, plus increase dependent on performance
Holiday: 28 days, including bank holidays.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 12:30pm (43.5 hours). We can accomodate one afternoon off per week, if desired.
