ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and highly motivated Executive Assistant to work alongside and support our friendly Senior Management Team consisting of our Managing Director, Finance & HR Director, General Manager and Installations Manager. You will be tasked with a variety of executive, administrative, and operational duties, ensuring that day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will report directly to the Managing Director, but be accountable to all of the SMT.
The right candidate can potentially transition to a Senior Operations role alongside the SMT in the future.
about you
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience, ideally within the KBB/Property Development sector, of effectively supporting an executive team. Supporting a group of leaders across different disciplines means you will need to be skilled at managing conflicting priorities and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a confident and effective communicator both in person and in writing and importantly, really enjoy supporting a senior team.
key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities and coordinate with the Directors, managing email correspondence and calendar.
Oversee software implementation and renewals
Document and optimise operational processes
Assist with hiring, onboarding and people management and liaising with Employment
Handle customer communications including payment requests and customer feedback
skills/experience
Microsoft Office 365 competency
CAD Design experience desirable - Winner Flex and Virtual Worlds software (programme specific training will be provided).
CRM experience desirable - EQ Professional (programme specific training will be provided).

Salary: competitive, plus generous increase dependent on performance
Holiday: 28 days initially, including bank holidays, increasing with service.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours). This role does not require evening or weekend work.

N.B. This is a predominantly in person role, though flexible/Remote working will be available for up to 2 days per week after initial training period. We would also consider a part-time role for the right applicant, so please do get in touch.
